At the heart of the UNESCO World Heritage Site, in the village of Chexbres, the Conne family has been cultivating the terraced vineyards of Lavaux for many generations, since the 15th century. Today, proud to perpetuate values strongly rooted in the terroir, the Cave Champ de Clos is also a dynamic company, made up of a vineyard manager surrounded by a team of permanent and temporary viticultural employees for works such as harvest.
Pinot Noir Saint-Saphorin Red 2018 is a light, supple and dry wine. To the eye, it has a deep color. On the nose, it has aromas of ripe fruit and on the palate. This wine has a soft attack and a nice balance.
