Founded in 996, Château de Malessert is one of the oldest estates on the Côte. Composed only of white grape varieties and mostly Chasselas, the 15 hectares of the Château de Malessert vineyard benefit from the Féchy appellation. The terroir comes from deep Moraine, which gives the wine all its complexity.
The Grand Cru du Château de Malessert 2017 is a white wine from the region of La Côte en Vaud. The Grand Cru of Château de Malessert is in the top 80 wines of La Côte. The nose is aromatic, on the fresh fruit of the orchard. Some floral notes and a frank minerality come to coat the whole. On the palate, the wine is supple and marked by a beautiful smoothness. The acidity on the finish gives the wine all its freshness and balance.
