Vineyards over 50 years old of the grape variety 'varielão' and younger vineyards of the grape varieties 'Touriga Nacional', 'Trincadeira' and 'Cabernet Sauvignon' in Fernando Pó, Palmela. The fermentation is made in stainless steel vats, thermoregulated, followed by a prolonged maceration of 20 days. Aged for 12 months in French oak half barrels, followed by a further 8 months in bottle.
Reserva Red 2019 is a garnet-coloured wine, almost opaque, with aromas reminiscent of dark fruits, spices and smoke, and hints of jam due to the long period of maturation. Dense, ample in the mouth and well structured. The tannins are present, but are supple and well integrated. An extremely pleasant, long and persistent finish.
