To produce the Pinot Noir Classique Jenins 2020, the grapes grow in different places below the village. JPinot Noir Classique Jenins Red 2020 is traditionally pressed. A drop by drop is done after pressing, due to these grapes having little juice but very concentrated nectar.
The wine is light, dry and balanced in tannins. On the nose, it has aromas of red berries, cherries, spicy, complex, dense and structured, with earthy and woody notes.
