The Aguardente Reserva Carvalho, Ribeiro & Ferreira - or called CR&F, by the most faithful connoisseurs - results from the selection of several batches of old brandies when the Armagnac process has been combined with a prolonged maturation of the wood. This brandy has recently benefited from a transformation of the packaging, while the quality of the product has remained intact and faithful to its original recipe from 1895.
The prolonged aging of the wood gives it a crystalline appearance, with a dark topaz color and an intense but, at the same time, soft and persistent aroma. It is aged for a minimum period of 4 years in oak barrels.
