The first acts in the history of the property took place in 1680 when Jean-Baptiste Braneyre, perceiving the extraordinary potential of gravelly terroirs, acquired a precious piece of the Beychevelle estate in Gironde. The vines generally benefit from a temperate oceanic climate. The Château Branaire-Ducru estate uses the traditional type of vinification method. The grapes are then vinified in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats.
Duluc Red 2014 offers a fresh nose of beautiful, ripe red fruits, accompanied by fine spicy notes. The palate is elegant and harmonious. This wine is fleshy with a beautiful vivacity, on crunchy tannins. The fresh fruit finish shows a pleasant length. It is adorned with a pretty deep ruby red color. It is a round wine, without excess of tannins. This vintage is well balanced with a lot of finesse.
