In the heart of Geneva Champagne, at Domaine des Graves, a 100-year-old wine-growing heritage, a fifth generation of the Cadoux family is already preparing to take on the Domaine forward. With soils of glacial origin, mixed, clayey, gravelly and sandy soils, and small plots of vines located in several municipalities and even sometimes straddling the border, this is the specificity of the Domaine. As the typical nature of the land and the amount of sunshine there are very variable, this requires adapting viticulture techniques, knowing the grape varieties in order to offer them the soil that is most profitable to them.
Gueule de Loup 2019 is a very fruity red wine on the nose, with aromas of red fruits, such as strawberry and cherry. On the palate, it is rich, fresh with a slight sweetness, fine and pleasant.
