The name of the Priorat region has been linked to wine since antiquity. The soil of the region, its climate, its landscaping and the hard work of men and women have resulted in a unique and exclusive product: Priorat.
The Marco family has been involved in the wine trade since at least the 15th century. At the end of the 19th century, phylloxera destroyed practically all French and Spanish vineyards. Ramon Marco Abella, born in 1898, decided to recover one of the best vineyards in the region.
