With properties and production in Quinta do Gradil, Cadaval, and Casa das Gaeiras, Óbidos, and a modern bottling unit and headquarters in Alcobaça, Parras Wine began producing wines from other parts of the countries, with partnerships with local producers in the regions of Douro, Vinho Verde, Dão, Lisbon, Tejo and Alentejo, closely monitored by the team of oenologists of Parras Wine. In 2014, she acquired two large properties in Alentejo. It was distinguished in 2020 by Revista de Vinhos.
The Dão region can be defined as a plateau surrounded by several mountains, with unique conditions of soil, climate and grape varieties, which give rise to great wines. The Dão vineyards, rooted on plateaus with shallow granite soils, produce full-bodied wines with great bottle aging capacity.
